Delivery times

Orders are normally despatched within two working days, although this can be slightly longer during our busy time from January to April. Everything is picked and packed by hand, so we hope you will not mind waiting a little longer.

Delivery and packing charges

  • United Kingdom seed orders under £40.00 - £2.75
  • Free postage on UK orders of £40.00 and over
  • Seed orders to countries in Europe - £5.95
  • Seed orders to countries outside Europe - £9.95

This is a contribution towards the cost of postage and packing, and includes protective packaging to safeguard your seeds in transit.

Where we can send seed

We are able to accept orders from customers in the United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Canada and New Zealand. We can also send to customers in the USA, but only with the correct USDA APHIS Small Lots of Seed Permit.

Sadly we cannot send to any other countries under current certification requirements. Please do not try to check out by setting your country to one that is allowed - we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

If you are ordering from outside the UK it is your responsibility to check there are no restrictions on importing seed to your country. We cannot take responsibility for items confiscated by customs, nor any resulting charge.
