Khaos Control sync

Khaos Control stays where it is, on-site. The website is the client: it calls the IKosWeb SOAP service to pull stock and catalogue changes, and pushes paid orders back in. Nothing on the Khaos box has to change.

Expected on this demo — the Khaos service sits behind the office firewall and is not reachable from here. The catalogue below was loaded through the same import path the live sync uses.
