Please tell us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will put it right - a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Germination

Seed is a living thing and germination depends a great deal on conditions. If a packet has not performed as it should, get in touch and tell us what happened. We test every batch, so your feedback genuinely helps us.

Changed your mind

Unopened packets can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Please include your order number.
