Germination
Must be sown directly as they will not tolerate being transplanted. Sow after danger of frost has passed. Sow 1mm deep into prepared soil that has been raked to a fine tilth. Sow in short drills with rows 30cm apart. Germination takes 14-21 days at 20°C. Thin seedlings to 15cm spacing.
Growing
Requires full sun, flowers will not open in the shade. Water well if dry.
Cultivation
Should flower in the first year. Cut and come again variety. Cut flowers regularly to encourage growth and to prolong flowering window. Deadhead if you do not want it to self-seed.
