Germination

Sow indoors. Surface sow onto moist well-drained seed compost. Cover with a sprinkling of soil. Propagate at 18°C. Keep moist. Germination takes 21-30 days but can much longer. If germination has not occurred in 6-8 weeks cold stratify. Move to -4°C-+4°C for 6-8 weeks. Keep at this cycle until germination occurs. Transplant seedlings once large enough to handle to 8cm pots. Plant out once well grown 30 cm apart. Can sow directly from late summer onwards for flowering the following year.

Growing

Once planted out this is easy to grow. No maintenance.

Cultivation

This is a cut and come again variety. Deadheading and/or cutting will extend the flowering window.
