Germination
Seedlings do not transplant well, best sown directly into the final growing position or a deep pot. Prepare soil, plant 10mm deep, 4cm apart. Germination takes 21 days. Thin young plants to 20cm. Keep moist.
Growing
Easy to grow, do not allow soil to dry out.
Cultivation
If flowers appear remove immediately to encourage leaf growth. Harvest when the plant is robust enough to cope, either remove single leaves or snip whole stems. Pick leaves regularly to prevent plant running to seed.
