Germination
Sow indoors. Soak the seeds for 24 hours prior to sowing. Sow 6mm deep into moist well-drained seed compost. Propagate at 20-25°C. Germination takes 1-4 weeks approx. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to 8cm pots. Acclimatise and plant out after danger of frost has passed with 30cm spacing.

Wear gloves when handling this plant. Likes a soil with plenty or compost or manure dug in. Requires consistently moist soil.
