Germination
Sow indoors. Sow 2mm deep into moist well-drained seed compost. Propagate with gentle heat and indirect light. Germination can be erratic and take several months. Transplant seedlings once large enough to handle to 8cm pots and grow on. Acclimatise and plant out after danger of frost has passed 25cm apart. Can sow direct into raked soil 6mm deep, 30cm apart.
Growing
Easy to grow. You may use a liquid fungicide as protection against damping off.
