Germination

Sow indoors. Surface sow onto moist well-drained seed compost. Propagate with gentle heat, humidity and indirect light is important. Germination takes 10-21 days. Transplant seedlings once large enough to handle to 8cm pots and grow on at 10°C. Acclimatise and plant out after danger of frost has passed with 45cm spacing.

Growing

Easy to grow. You may use a liquid fungicide as protection against damping off.

Cultivation

Deadhead regularly.
