Germination

Sow under glass. Surface sow onto moist well-drained seed compost. Just cover with soil. Germination takes 2 weeks approx. When seedlings are large enough to handle acclimatise and plant out with 30cm spacing. Ensure danger of frost has passed. Can be sown directly after danger of frost has passed.

Growing

Prefers ordinary well-drained soil in full sun. Easy to grow.

Cultivation

Will require winter protection if grown as a perennial, ideally use a cloche.
