Germination

Cold Stratify(chill seeds at 4-6°C)for 10 days prior to sowing. Fill seedling tray with seed compost and pat down. Lightly sow seed on the surface and only just cover with a fine layer of vermiculite. Mist with water spray, these seeds do not like to be too wet. Do not mist again until the top 5mm of soil is dry. Place the tray 21-24°C, windowsill or heated greenhouse is ideal. Germination should take 14-21 days. transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to 8cm pots. Acclimatise and plant out after danger of frost has passed.

Growing

Grow in a mass for best effect, ideal in a hanging basket. Pinch back when first planted to encourage branching. Water deeply to encourage root growth.

Cultivation

Cut and come again variety. Cut flowers regularly to encourage growth and to prolong flowering window.
