Germination
Sow directly. Broadcast sow onto prepared soil cover with 5mm soil approx. Germination is rapid. The plant will grow quickly once germinated. Grow on. Dig in the crop before it flowers and when it is fresh and green. Leave area for about a month to allow the plants to break down into rich organic matter.

Easy to grow, requires little attention.
Cultivation
When the plant is well grown and still fresh dig up/ dig in. Allow the plant to breakdown in the soil producing a rich organic matter. The nutrients will be released slowly over a period of time.
